Team coaching

A process of supporting a team, which can be of any size or background, which consists in developing the ability of a team to work together,  collaborate and collectively  build ideas, visions, projects, solutions and innovations.

Team coaching is often called upon for creating or intensifying:

  • The spirit and cohesiveness of a team
  • Dynamics for cooperation, collaboration and agility
  • Commitment, individual responsibility and self-reliance
  • The ability to do things differently and innovation

It is centred around key points over 6 to 18 months:

One-on-one meetings, seminars, verbal expression and/or co-construction sessions, codevelopment and reinforcement.

We especially use the processes of HEC Executive Coaching, positive psychology, the approach through Talents and the systems approach.
